Sharky's Thrifty Recipes

These are recipes I have gathered over the years and which are tried and tested. In many cases I have had to re-write them for the Icelandic kitchen; replacing some ingredients which are either not available here or are far too expensive! They are designed to be easy; because no-one wants to be slaving in the kitchen for hours. They are also inexpensive and where possible I have used recipes which make the most out of Iceland's own produce, hence there will be many lamb and fish recipes and dishes that use skyr.
