Easy Fish Supper
I had this once in Thrir Frakkar and it was so simple and yummy, that I stole the recipe. Well, it's pretty basic really and anwers all your questions of what to do with all that cheap Icelandic fish.
Fry the fish on both sides in a little butter until just cooked - it only takes a couple of minutes. Remove from pan, pour in a little cream, scrape any goodness off the bottom and reduce the cream until its thick. Grind in lots and lots of pepper and a little salt. Pour over fish. Done.
